Founder.
Hi! I’m Meagan, a certified bookkeeper and former esthetician helping salons, spas, and beauty professionals stay organized, profitable, and tax-ready.
With a background in aesthetics and years of working closely with beauty business owners, I understand the unique financial challenges of the industry. Rising expenses, fluctuating income, and unpredictable seasons can make it hard to feel steady and in control. Beauty businesses don’t operate like traditional 9–5 companies, and your bookkeeping should reflect that.
My Story
My entrepreneurial journey began in 2012 when I launched a handmade makeup line. Running that business taught me every side of entrepreneurship, including marketing, cash flow management, and the importance of clean, accurate books. I quickly realized that when you understand your numbers, you make better decisions.
In 2021, I founded Wild Fox Bookkeeping to provide strategic bookkeeping and financial guidance specifically to the beauty industry. I help my clients cut unnecessary expenses, improve cash flow, plan for slow seasons, and confidently decide where to invest in growth.
